5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Bookings

When booking a visit or experience through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion.

5.2 Cancellations and Refunds

For After Hours Experiences and Group Bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Library Usage Rules

When visiting Brimlestone physical location, you agree to:

• Treat the facility, books, and materials with care and respect
• Limit your time in the booth to a reasonable duration when others are waiting
• Follow the "take a book, leave a book" principle if taking materials
• Report any damage or maintenance issues to our staff or volunteers
• Respect the quiet, contemplative atmosphere of the space
• Not consume food or beverages inside the booth
• Not leave personal belongings unattended
• Follow any additional guidelines posted at the location

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
